This policy covers the website tradesealdigital.com, operated by Tradeseal Digital Inc. ("we", "us"). Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, linked from our support page.

What we collect

This website has no accounts, forms, analytics or advertising, and sets no cookies. If you email or call us, we receive your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.

How we use it

We use what you send us only to reply to you and handle your request. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Service providers

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Email is handled by our email provider. These providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States.

Retention

We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@tradesealdigital.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
